Michael Perry has over 10 years of home repair and remodeling experience.  He has owned his own home repair business as well as managed and operated an existing company.  As a Certified Residential Inspector, he has working knowledge of inspection policies and procedures.  This, combined with hands-on experience, gives Punch Out the edge in assisting Realtor's with any repairs or remodeling work needed. 

Punch Out was designed to assist real estate professionals with the task of preparing houses for sale by taking care of the last minute details.  Realtor's primary concern should be selling and acquiring properties, so Punch Out's primary concern is making that process as easy and convenient as it can be.  In the process, making the Realtor, buyer, and seller happy customers.
